How to Download the SWAYAM January 2026 Hybrid Result / Scorecard

• Visit the official SWAYAM examination website: exams.nta.ac.in/swayam.
• Look for the notice titled "Declaration of Results of the January 2026-Semester Exams of the courses held in Hybrid (CBT + Pen & Paper) Mode under SWAYAM."
• Log in using your Application Number and password.
• View your result/scorecard on screen.
• Download the scorecard and save a copy.
• Take a printout for future reference.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Keep your Application Number and login password ready before visiting the portal, since both are required to view the scorecard.
• Cross-check personal and course details displayed on the scorecard after downloading.
