The candidate must be a resident of the concerned sajha and must reside in their designated posting village. Candidates must possess good physical and mental health. Selected candidates must submit a medical fitness certificate from the Civil Surgeon, Amravati within 1 month of selection.

Candidates must be between 18 years and 40 years of age as of 02-10-2026.

The post is an unclassified temporary post under the government. Selected candidates will not receive regular pay scales or pension benefits.

The application fee must be paid in cash along with the application. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The selection process comprises a Written Examination, Document Verification, and Medical Examination. Each correct answer carries 2 marks. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers. The question paper will be based on the 4th standard syllabus.

4th standard passing marksheet or highest educational merit marksheet/certificate. School leaving certificate or birth certificate showing date of birth, or 10th standard certificate. Residential proof of the sajha (House tax receipt, Ration card, Voter ID, or Aadhaar card). Domicile certificate issued by Police Patil, Talathi, or Gramsevak. Self-attested copy of photo identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID card, or PAN Card). Caste certificate and Caste Validity Certificate (if applicable), along with Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for backward class candidates. EWS certificate for economically weaker section candidates (if applicable). Small family certificate in the prescribed format.

Applications must be submitted in the official prescribed format only; otherwise, they are liable for rejection. Candidates must not be involved in any criminal case, and selected candidates must submit a police verification certificate within 9 months of final selection. Selected candidates must take an oath of allegiance to the Indian Constitution after appointment. Candidates must not be members of any political party or political organization. The candidate's appointment will be temporary, and the post is unclassified with no pension benefits.
