TGPSC Manager Recruitment 2026 Notification Out - Apply Online for 130 Posts

The notified vacancies are provisional and may increase or decrease according to the requirements communicated by HMWSSB.

Category-Wise Vacancy Distribution

Candidates must possess a graduate degree in Engineering in one of the prescribed branches as of 18 September 2026. The result of the required qualification must have been officially declared by the university on or before this date.

The age of applicants will be calculated as of 1 July 2026.

Employees of corporations and municipalities are not eligible for the age relaxation available to Telangana State Government employees.

Selected candidates appointed as Manager (Engineering) will receive a pay scale of Rs. 54,220 to Rs. 1,33,630 .

The post is confined to Multi Zone II. Local reservation applies to 95% of the notified posts. Candidates belonging to other states may apply but are not entitled to Telangana reservation benefits.

All unemployed applicants are exempted from paying the examination fee of Rs. 120. Employees of the Central Government, State Government, PSUs, corporations and other government-sector organizations must pay the examination fee. The application processing fee is compulsory for all applicants according to their category. Fees must be paid online through Net Banking, debit card, credit card or UPI. Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted.

Candidates will be selected through an objective written examination conducted in CBRT or OMR mode. Selection will be based on the marks secured in the examination and the applicable reservation rules. Securing the minimum qualifying marks does not automatically provide a right to selection. Final selection will be based on merit, branch-wise vacancies and eligibility verification.

Language of Examination

Paper II will be based on the concerned engineering branch at degree level. Separate subject syllabi are provided for: Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Computer Science and Information Technology Electronics and Communication Engineering

The objective examination is proposed to be held at the following centres: Hyderabad, including HMDA jurisdiction Nalgonda Sangareddy Mahaboobnagar TGPSC may allot candidates to a different centre or add or remove examination centres for administrative reasons. Requests for a change of centre will not be accepted.

OTR registration alone is not treated as an application for the post. Candidates must separately submit the online application for this notification. Only the details available in the OTR database at the time of application submission will be considered. Changes made to OTR after submitting the application will not apply to this recruitment. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected. Applications submitted through offline or any other mode will not be accepted. Candidates must download and preserve the final PDF application.
