Desirable: Demonstrated leadership in clinical research or trials, particularly maternal-child health or multi-site RCTs; Experience in developing and implementing trial monitoring, safety, and quality assurance plans; Familiarity with IRB/ethics submissions, regulatory requirements, and amendment processes; Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and national guidelines; Authorship of peer-reviewed publications; experience in manuscript preparation; Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills; Ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams and manage competing priorities. |
