A Master's degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Development Studies, Education, Management or another relevant discipline, from a recognised university. At least 2 years of relevant experience in research or academic project coordination. Experience in higher education or research institutions is preferred. Preference goes to candidates with a PhD or advanced doctoral-level research experience, especially in disciplines relevant to the academic programmes.
