TMB has notified openings for the following five posts. The number of vacancies for each post is not specified in the notification.

Eligibility differs for each post. All ages are reckoned as on 31-07-2026 (except Manager – Generalist, for which no specific reference date is given). For all posts, candidates identified for appointment must have no vigilance case or adverse observation pending against them from the RBI or any Statutory Authority. Only Indian nationals may apply, and the place of posting for every post is anywhere in India, subject to transfer based on requirement.

There is no application fee for any of the posts notified in this recruitment - the application fee is Nil across Agricultural Officer, Specialist Officer (Civil Engineer), Specialist Officer (Law), Manager (Generalist), and Security Officer.

Selection for all posts is through a Personal Interview only - there is no written examination. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview through Direct mode or Video Conferencing, and the mode, date, and time of the interview will be communicated to eligible candidates individually. The Bank's decision on eligibility, conduct of interview, and selection is final, and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
