  1. All five posts require a degree from a recognized University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature or declared a deemed university under the UGC Act, 1956

Assistant Commissioner (Commercial Taxes - Post 1003): Preference is given in the following order - (1st) B.Com + B.L. degree + Diploma in Taxation Laws, (2nd) B.Com + B.L. degree, (3rd) B.Com or B.L. degree + Diploma in Taxation Laws, (4th) B.Com or B.L. degree. Assistant Commissioner of Labour (Post 1946): Equal preference is given to freedom fighters and their family members
