• Selection will be conducted by the District Selection Committee through a Written Test followed by an Interview. Final selection is based on total weightage marks obtained in both stages. Applications received after the last date will not be accepted.
• Stage 1 – Written Test
• Eligible candidates will be called for the Written Test and Interview conducted by the District Selection Committee. Final selection will be based on the total weightage marks obtained.
• Stage 2 – Interview
• Candidates who qualify in the Written Test will be called for a personal Interview by the District Selection Committee. The interview carries 25 marks and assesses the candidate's communication ability
• knowledge of SHG operations
• banking transactions experience
• and suitability for field-level coordination work.

• Candidates shall apply offline only. No online application mode is available. Applications must be submitted either in person or by Registered Post only. Applications sent by ordinary post or courier will not be accepted. Applications must be submitted on Government working days between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM from 23.05.2026 to 29.05.2026.

• This is a temporary post with a monthly honorarium of Rs. 2,500/- only. It is NOT a permanent or regular government job. No other service benefits are applicable. Selected coordinators must perform all five duties listed (bank linkage, loan recovery, financial literacy, insurance, digital financial services, individual loan facilitation) for SHGs in their assigned Panchayat-level federations. Candidates must own and operate an Android mobile phone and be capable of sending SMS and WhatsApp messages - this is a mandatory operational requirement for the role. Preference in selection will be given to candidates who have computer skills AND possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and can ride a two-wheeler. Candidates must have communication skills and prior experience in completing banking transactions and loan applications for SHG members. Applications must be submitted only by in-person delivery or Registered Post - applications received late for any reason will not be accepted. The application box at the DMMU office is sealed - ensure you drop applications in person in the sealed box during office hours (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM) on Government working days. In hilly/tribal areas, where 12th pass women SHG candidates are not available, 10th pass candidates with all other qualifications may be considered only with the special permission of the District Collector. In Adi Dravidar (Scheduled Caste) residential areas in hilly regions, if the required female SHG member is not available, a male member may be selected with special permission from the District Collector. Candidates belonging to the identified target population (BPL/marginalised) as per census records are given priority. If no such candidates apply, other eligible applicants will be considered.
