The Guest Faculty assignment is purely temporary and may be discontinued at any time, without assigning any reason, if so decided by the Competent Authority of Tripura University. Ideally, the assignment shall be for one academic semester (Odd/Even) or until a regular faculty member joins against the vacant sanctioned teaching post, whichever is earlier. The assignment does not confer any right to claim regular appointment or continuation in the University. Shortlisted candidates must report two hours before the interview and produce original documents for verification. No TA/DA (Travelling Allowance/Dearness Allowance) shall be admissible for attending the interview.
