The Uttarakhand State Rural Livelihood Mission forms Cluster Level Federations in Rudraprayag district, and these posts are in federations funded by the Gramotthan Project, also called the Rural Enterprise Acceleration Project (REAP). The project supports community institutions through group formation, accounts, small loans, banking and livelihood work. It also links beneficiaries to value chains so that they can set up enterprises and reach markets.

The notice calls the Group Mobiliser a Samuh Sugamkarta (group facilitator) in its vacancy table. Candidates for all three posts must be 18 to 42 years old. Age is calculated as on 21 October 2026. Essential qualification: Graduate in any subject. Essential experience: Minimum 1 year of work in livelihood promotion projects and related fields. Preferred: Graduation in Agriculture or Economics, or BSW, with the marksheet or certificate attached. Preferred: Experience of more than 2/3 years as per norms. Other skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), and knowledge of the SHG ecosystem, business planning and supply chain management. A written examination will be held for the vacant posts. Only candidates who pass it are placed in the merit list, which is prepared according to project norms. The notice proposes to send examination details to shortlisted candidates on the mobile number given in the application form. Class marks: Each class carries a maximum of 10 marks, so 55% in graduation gives 5.5 marks. Business Promoter counts 10th, 12th and graduation, and the other two posts count 10th and 12th. Experience marks: At least 1 year earns 3 marks, more than 1 year earns 5, and more than 2 years earns 9. Merit list: A five-member panel is formed to prepare it, and marks are displayed in order on the CLF notice board. Tie-break: If two candidates have equal marks, the older candidate gets preference.

Nature of the post: All posts are fully temporary, on a contract basis, and are for the Cluster Level Federations. Contract period: One year. It can be extended for another year with approval of the CLF executive committee. Contract letter: Selected candidates receive a contract on the CLF letter pad, signed by its office bearers. A copy is kept at the CLF office with the candidate's essential documents. Place of posting: Merit list candidates may be appointed in any CLF in Rudraprayag district. Waiting list candidates may be appointed to vacancies in other CLFs of the district after approval of the CLF concerned. Leave: Up to 20 days in a calendar year, with a maximum of 2 in a month. Women employees may get 2 months of maternity leave on full pay, plus 1 more month on half pay if needed. Weekly off: Sunday, though work will be done on this day in difficult circumstances. The CLF can ch
