Candidates must be native residents of Chhattisgarh.

The age limit and related provisions are governed by the Chhattisgarh Government General Administration Department orders issued vide letter dated 16.09.2026 (Rule 38 revised to 45 years for government servants, corporation, board, municipal corporations, and municipal council employees working in government service). The age calculation shall be reckoned as on 01 January 2026.

The notification does not mention any additional allowances or benefits apart from the consolidated monthly remuneration.

The selection process consists of merit calculation based on educational qualification percentage, a computer or practical test, and work experience. Weightage on percentage of marks in minimum required educational qualification: Up to 70 marks. Computer or practical test (Knowledge of Data Net Technologies / Java / MS SQL / Oracle): 15 marks. Work experience in government rural development projects at least equal to regular pay: Up to 5 marks (5 marks for up to 2 years experience, 10 marks for experience beyond 2 years).

Applications received directly by hand or after the closing date and time will not be entertained. Applicants currently working in government service, corporations, boards, or municipal councils must submit their application through proper channel along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC). Incomplete, unclear, or defective applications will be summarily rejected without separate notification. Contract appointment will be valid up to 28 February 2027, subject to extension based on work performance, capacity, and annual performance appraisal. Candidates must attach recent photos and self-attested mark sheets, failing which the application will be cancelled. If the number of received applications is high, candidates will be called for a skill test / interview in the ratio of 1:10 against the vacancy based on merit.
