• Post Selection Method Marks / Weightage
• Medical Officer – DTC, MO-MBBS at DEIC, Pediatrician at DEIC, MO-MBBS UPHC-AAM Personal Interview (PI) – 100% Candidates securing more than 50% in PI will be entertained for panel
• Medical Officer AYUSH (all facilities) Career Assessment (Merit-based) Matriculation – 20 marks; +2 – 20 marks; BHMS/BAMS/Unani degree – 50 marks; PG in Ayurvedic/Homeopathy/Unani – Full 10 marks. Tie-break: older candidate ranked above younger (as per 10th certificate DOB). Total marks up to 3 decimal digits (e.g. 45.567%). Candidates securing 50% and more in Final Panel Merit List will be kept in panel for 1 year.
• Optometrist – DEIC Personal Interview (PI) – 100% Candidates securing more than 50% in PI will be entertained for panel
• Dental Technician – DEIC Personal Interview (PI) – 100% Candidates securing more than 50% in PI will be entertained for panel
• Selection is through Walk-in Interview only. There is no written examination. After registration (8:00 AM to 11:00 AM)
• candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility criteria and original documents will be verified on the same day. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to stay back for document verification. Candidates securing 50% or more marks in the Final Panel Merit List will be kept in the Panel with validity of 1 year from the date of approval
• and this panel shall also be valid for similar posts in other NHM programmes with the same qualification and remuneration.
• Selection Procedure – Post-wise

• There is no online application process. Candidates must appear directly for the Walk-in Interview at the scheduled venue on the respective date for their post. The prescribed application form must be downloaded from www.sundargarh.odisha.gov.in, filled in completely and brought to the Walk-in Interview along with all required documents. Registration will be from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on the day of the Walk-in Interview. No application will be received beyond 11:00 AM.
• Documents to be Brought to the Walk-in Interview:
• Duly filled application form in prescribed format (downloaded from www.sundargarh.odisha.gov.in)
• All original certificates and testimonials in support of age, qualification and experience
• A set of self-attested photocopies of all certificates/testimonials
• Two recent passport size colour photographs (one self-attested for affixing on application form)
• Self-attested photocopy of Identity Proof (Voter ID Card / PAN Card / Driving License / Aadhar Card / Passport)
• Valid Registration Certificate from Odisha Council of Medical Registration (for MBBS posts) or Odisha State Council/Board of Ayurvedic/Homeopathy Medicine (for AYUSH posts)
• Internship completion certificate (for AYUSH MO posts)
• Conversion certificate (if marks are in CGPA/OGPA/GPA/CPI format) and AICTE/UGC recognition certificate wherever applicable
• No Objection Certificate from employer (for candidates currently working in Health Department on regular or contractual basis)
• Proof of PAR Rating such as PI Order or certification from employer (for OSH & FW Society employees claiming age relaxation/grace marks)

• All positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme. Canvassing in any form will render the candidate disqualified. Registration timing is strictly 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. No application will be received after 11:00 AM on the respective Walk-in date. After registration, candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and original documents will be verified on the same day. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to stay back. Candidates not fulfilling eligibility criteria need not come for the interview/registration. If any candidate fails to produce original documents during verification, candidature will be rejected and no conditionality will be entertained. Performance Incentive and Performance Linked Experience Incentive will be paid as per norm for the same post. Candidates securing 50% or more in the Final Panel Merit List will be kept in the Panel with validity of 1 year; the panel is also valid for similar posts in other NHM programmes with the same qualification and remuneration. Suppression of material information or furnishing false documents will lead to rejection of candidature/termination from service and the same will apply even after engagement.
