The apprenticeship positions are distributed across the following disciplines. All posts are located at the O/o the Airport Director, AAI, NSCBI Airport, Kolkata. Total: 38 posts (computed from the post-wise break-up given in the notification; the notification itself states the number of posts is tentative and may be decreased or increased).

Only Indian Nationals having domicile of West Bengal are eligible. Candidates who passed their degree/diploma/ITI in 2022 or after 2022 are eligible. Candidates who have already completed apprenticeship, discontinued it midway, or are currently undergoing apprenticeship elsewhere (including in AAI) with the same qualification level are not eligible. Candidates who have apprenticeship training or job experience of 1 year or more after attaining the essential qualification are not eligible. Candidates applying for more than one discipline will not be considered, and such applications will be rejected.

Minimum age (as on 24 August 2026): 18 years Maximum age (as on 24 August 2026): 26 years Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other categories is applicable as per Government of India guidelines.

No application fee is being charged for this recruitment.

Vacancies for Graduate and Diploma Apprentices are advertised only through the BOPT/NATS website. Vacancies for ITI Trade Apprentices are advertised only through the RDAT/NAPS website. Only nominations received through the official BOPT/NATS and RDAT/NAPS websites will be considered for provisional selection. Provisional selection is based on the percentage of marks obtained in the required educational qualification. Candidature of applicants is provisional; shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/document verification only through their registered email ID. Final selection is based on interview/verification of certificates and submission of a Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of joining. Selected candidates will be engaged only at the O/o the Airport Director, AAI, NSCBI Airport, Kolkata-52.
