The selection process will consist of the following stages: Preliminary screening of applications Shortlisting based on qualification, experience and job requirements Personal interview Final selection based on previous experience and interview performance Meeting the minimum eligibility conditions does not automatically give a candidate the right to be called for an interview. Lead marketing teams and support deposit mobilisation. Establish relationships with high-net-worth customers. Develop strategic tie-ups with real-estate agencies, builders and industrial estates. Monitor branch and marketing-team performance. Design marketing activities for business growth. Sanction credit proposals within delegated powers. Monitor NPA and ARC accounts and follow up for upgradation. Initiate recovery proceedings under the SARFAESI Act. Handle cases before DRT, District Courts, NCLT and other courts. Review advocates handling cases for or against the bank. Update NPA management and recovery policies. Guide the Board or Administrator's Committee on legal matters. Verify title deeds and property-related documents. Draft and examine agreements, deeds, indemnity bonds and powers of attorney. Provide expert opinions on internal legal matters. Attend cases before DRT, District
