Every selected candidate must execute a Service Bond on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper worth ₹110 at the time of joining. The bond obligates the candidate to serve APCPDCL for a minimum of 5 years after completion of the 2-year probation period - making the total bond period 7 years . Original certificates (degree, date of birth, community) must be deposited with APCPDCL for the entire bond period and will not be returned during this time.
