The recruitment is conducted for a single post at the specified RSETI location.

Additional requirements for the Faculty post include: Shall have a flair for teaching and possess sound Computer Knowledge. Excellent communication skills in the local language essential, fluency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage. Skills in Typing in Local Language essential. Typing skills in Hindi/ English typing, an added advantage.

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 30,000 - 2000x5 - Rs. 40,000/- per month. An annual performance incentive of Rs. 2,000/- every year will be based on a satisfactory review and performance of services rendered. Additional allowances and terms include: Fixed Conveyance Allowance [FCA]: Rs. 2,500/- per month on a declaration basis, subject to completion of a minimum number of visits for conducting EAPs, Follow ups, etc. Otherwise, the Director of the RSETIs shall consider paying proportionately. Mobile allowance: Rs. 300/- per month. Statutory Benefits: EPF, ESI, and Gratuity as per rules. Tenure and Renewal: The contract is valid for 12 months. The support staff for Faculty at RSETIs shall perform the following duties and responsibilities: Any other work assigned by the Director from time to time. Work as Faculty of the Institute handling sessions relating to entrepreneurship, motivation personality development, business management, conducting business games etc., guiding/educating the trainees and coordinating the programmes of the Institute. Conducting pre-training activities - EAPs, generation of applications and selection of candidates. Assisting the Director in designing the Annual Action Plan and training programmes. Arranging logistics for the training programmes, including training materials and arranging Guest faculty. Providing post Training escort services including conducting follow-up meets/visits. The age limit for the Faculty post is 22 to 40 years as on 01.10.2026.

The selection process will comprise three stages: Written Test: To assess General Knowledge and Computer capability. Personal Interview: To assess communication ability, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving ability, ability to get along with the trainees, and developmental approach. Demonstration/Presentation: To assess teaching skills and communication capability.

Applications received after the last date (25.10.2026) or incomplete applications will be rejected. Application for more than one RSETI may be rejected. Only hardcopy submissions are valid. Merely fulfilling eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for the written test; BSVS reserves the right to shortlist candidates. Selected candidates must join within 15 days from the date of receiving the offer letter. Either party may discontinue the contract by giving one month's notice or equivalent salary in lieu thereof.
