In addition, BEL pays a consolidated Rs. 12,000 per year toward insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, and footwear allowance, released in two installments - the first with the first month's salary and the second after completing 6 months of service Engagement terms include: Initial engagement period: 2 years, extendable by up to 1 year (maximum tenure of 3 years) based on project requirement and performance.
