Advancement to Project Engineer-I: After completing 2 years as Trainee Engineer, candidates become eligible for advancement to Project Engineer-I if they score 80% or above (aggregate) in Performance Assessment for both years, maintain attendance above 80% in the preceding year with good general discipline, and have no adverse remarks in the preceding 2 years. Candidates who do not meet these criteria continue as Trainee Engineer-III for one additional year, after which the engagement ends. Once advanced, Project Engineer-I is engaged for 3 years, extendable by up to 1 year based on project requirement and performance
  5. Retention Bonus for Project Engineers: Project Engineers who have advanced from the Trainee Engineer role are entitled to a Retention Bonus of Rs. 25,000 for every completed year, provided they complete an overall tenure of 4 years in the Project Engineer role. This bonus is calculated for the Project Engineer tenure only and is paid as a lump sum of Rs. 1,00,000 at the end of 4 years
