Supports Bank of Baroda's receivable management and recovery operations through field visits and customer interactions for timely recovery of overdue payments, in compliance with RBI guidelines and the Fair Practices Code. Responsibilities include visiting allocated customers, negotiating repayment plans, resolving queries, maintaining records, escalating disputed cases, and achieving monthly productivity/recovery/quality targets.
