Bihar DElEd Admission Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates must meet the following educational qualification and eligibility conditions to apply for Bihar DElEd Counselling 2026:

• Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in Higher Secondary (+2) or an equivalent examination.
• A relaxation of 5% in qualifying marks is available for all reserved category and divyang (disabled) candidates.
• Urdu candidates who have passed the Maulvi examination with 50% marks are also eligible.
• Candidates who qualified 10+2 under a vocational course, or Intermediate/10+2 after Madhyama, or Intermediate/10+2 after Foukaniya, are eligible.
• Candidates holding only a Shastri, Polytechnic, ITI, or any other equivalent qualification are not eligible for D.El.Ed admission.
