The required qualification and experience must be completed by 16 October 2026 . Experience will generally be counted only after obtaining the prescribed essential qualification.

Selected candidates will also receive allowances admissible under the applicable ICMR rules.

ICMR employees are not exempt from paying the application fee for these direct-recruitment posts. The fee is non-refundable and non-adjustable.

Central Government civilian employees and other eligible categories may receive relaxation according to the conditions stated in the official notification. Reserved-category relaxation is not available when applying against an unreserved vacancy.

The BMHRC selection process consists of the following stages: Computer Based Test Skill test for the Personal Assistant post Document verification Medical fitness and final appointment formalities There will be no interview for these Group B and Group C non-gazetted posts. Selection will be based on performance in the CBT, the applicable skill test and successful document verification.

Dictation: 10 minutes at 80 words per minute. English transcription: 50 minutes on a computer. Hindi transcription: 65 minutes on a computer. A relevant skill certificate must be furnished.

The crucial date for determining age, qualification and experience is 16 October 2026. Submit a separate online application for every post. Examinations for different posts may be conducted during the same shift. Applicants must enter their name and date of birth exactly as recorded in the Class 10 certificate. No correction will be allowed after final submission. Admit cards will not be sent by post. No TA or DA will be paid for attending the examination. The vacancies are provisional and may increase or decrease. Selected candidates carry an All India service liability and may be posted anywhere in India. Candidates should rely on the official notification for complete eligibility conditions.
