Must be a native resident of Bastar district across the 7 development blocks. Must possess an active employment exchange registration certificate within Chhattisgarh. Government, semi-government, or corporation employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.

Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years complete and not more than 40 years of age as of 01-01-2026. Age relaxations apply to local residents, women, and reserved category candidates as per state government rules, with the maximum age limit capped at 45 years for specific eligible government service personnel as stated in the guidelines.

Weightage of marks obtained in Higher Secondary examination (50%). Weightage of higher educational qualifications (10% total: 5 marks for graduation, 5 marks for post-graduation). Marks obtained in the computer skill test (25%). Weightage for work experience as an employment assistant (15% total: 3 marks per year, maximum 5 years, with minimum 9 months in a year).

The selection process includes a computer skill test carrying 25 marks. Shortlisted candidates (1:10 ratio based on merit) will be called for the examination/skill test and document verification.
