A total of 122 posts are available across 9 upgraded Kasturba Gandhi Awasiya Balika Vidyalaya schools in Aligarh district: Dhanipur, Lodha, Tappal, Gangiri, Atrauli, Bijauli, Akrabad, Chandaus, and Jawan. Only female candidates are eligible to apply for all posts.

Category-Wise Vacancy Break-Up

Only female candidates will be selected for all 14 posts under this recruitment.

Principal: Minimum 30 years and maximum 45 years, as on 01 April of the selection year, along with at least 4 years of teaching experience in classes 9 to 12. All other posts: Minimum 25 years and maximum 45 years, as on 01 April of the selection year. Maximum age for service in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya is 60 years. Age Relaxation: As per the reservation provisions prescribed by the State Government. Character Eligibility: Persons dismissed from any service, or convicted of moral/character-related offences, or declared insolvent, are not eligible for selection.

Selected candidates will be paid a fixed monthly honorarium as per the post, ranging from Rs. 6,755 to Rs. 30,000. Employees receiving an honorarium of less than Rs. 15,000 will be covered under EPF/EPS, with a 12% employee contribution and 13% employer contribution deducted from the honorarium.

Selection will be based on merit marks calculated as per the formula below, except for Cook, Assistant Cook, Peon, and Watchman posts, which will be selected through an interview. If two or more candidates have equal quality marks, the candidate with a higher age will be ranked above in the merit list. If quality marks and age are both equal, candidates will be ranked as per the English alphabetical order of their names. All submitted certificates will be verified with the concerned board/institution at the time of selection. Honorarium payment will be made only after verification of documents. The service agreement for teaching and non-teaching staff in KGBV schools will be for 11 months and 29 days per academic session. On satisfactory performance, a new contract for the next session may be made for another 11 months and 29 days after approval of the District Magistrate. Unsatisfactory

Incomplete, unclear, unsigned applications, or those without a photograph or required attachments, will be rejected. Applications received after the last date will not be accepted. Candidates applying for more than one post must send separate applications for each post. Only female candidates are eligible to apply for all posts under this recruitment. The Principal's subject-specific teaching duties will be handled by her, and a separate subject teacher will not be appointed for that subject.
