The Competition Commission of India (भारतीय प्रतिस्पर्धा आयोग) has its office at Office Block-1, 9th Floor, Kidwai Nagar (East), New Delhi – 110023 (Tel: 011-24664100, Fax: 011-20815022). The 29 vacancies are spread across six posts. The number of posts is liable to change without notice. CS stands for Corporate Services. Applicants must be employees of the All India Services or Central Civil Services or Autonomous Organizations or Regulatory Authorities or Universities or Academic or Research Institutions etc. of Central/State Governments. The age limit and all other eligibility conditions in Annexures I and II must be met as on the closing date and time for receipt of applications (21 December 2026, 5:00 PM). For appointment on deputation, the maximum age must not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications by CCI. This limit applies to all six posts. It must confirm that the details are correct, that the applicant has the required qualifications and experience, and that the applicant will be relieved immediately if selected. A Selection Committee constituted for the post decides the selection. Under the applicant's declaration in Annexure-III, the Selection Committee will also assess the candidate's Curriculum Vitae and supporting documents at the time of selection. Candidates may be called for an interaction with the Selection Committee. No TA/DA will be paid for attending it. For the Professional Staff posts, the Selection Committee may consider any equivalent degree it finds useful under the desirable qualification.

Any form of conditional forwarding by the employer will lead to summary rejection of the application. Applications received without the prescribed documents and the certificate from the employer will also be summarily rejected. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
