CCS HAU Young Professional-II Recruitment 2026 – Walk-in

There is a total of 1 vacancy available for the Young Professional-II (YP-II) position under scheme 5397-C(b) PB-184-ICAR at the Pulses Section, Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding.

Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years on the last date of submission of application. Relaxation as per university rules.

TA/DA will be payable equivalent to the entitlement of Grade-IV employees as mentioned in CCS HAU TA Rules of the University. However, no TA/DA will be payable for appearing in the interview.

The notification does not mention any application fee.

Selection will be made through an interview. The interview will be held on 22-10-2026, at 10:00 am in the office of Director of Research, CCS HAU, Hisar. Original Certificates will be required to produce/shown at the time of interview (along with certified true copies or original certificates to be submitted to the University).

The appointment is temporary up to 31-3-2027 and maximum duration of engagement of YP-II is three years (1+1+1+1)/duration of the post, whichever is earlier. Selected candidate can leave or services can be terminated at any time by giving one month notice or one-month emoluments in lieu thereof. Ph.D. students have to produce NOC from the Dean PGS at the time of interview. The engagement of YP-II in the project will be full time and will not be allowed to do any other work or to accept or hold another appointment. Selected candidate must report for duty within 15 days of issue of order of appointment. Selected candidate will be required to execute an agreement on a Non-judicial Stamped paper of Rs. 15/- before joining. Selected candidate will not be a regular employee of the University and will not be entitled to any CPF/GPF or other benefits.
