CFSL has announced a total of 6 vacancies across 5 functional areas. Category-wise reservation is not applicable to most posts, as nearly all vacancies fall under the Unreserved/General (UR/GEN) category. The number of vacancies is provisional and may vary as per the actual requirement of the Company. Candidates from reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) may apply against these UR/GEN vacancies provided they meet the eligibility criteria for General category candidates.

All qualifications and experience are counted as on 30.06.2026. Only full-time courses are accepted; part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible. Where a degree certificate does not mention the specialisation, a certificate from the University/College confirming the specialisation is required. Assistant Manager (all posts): Freshers may apply; candidates with relevant internship or work experience will be given preference. Manager (all posts): Minimum 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience in the specific functional area, and the candidate must be currently employed. Employees of Central Bank of India subsidiaries with 2 years of relevant experience are also eligible. Executive Operations: Freshers may apply; 1 year of prior working experience in any company/institution is preferable.

The maximum age indicated is for General category candidates. Age relaxation for reserved categories is as per Government of India guidelines: SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation. OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates: 3 years relaxation. Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): General - 10 years, OBC - 13 years, SC/ST - 15 years. CFSL Recruitment 2026 offers the following indicative CTC per annum, based on the candidate's experience and current emoluments: The final offer depends on the candidate's experience and current emoluments, subject to the maximum CTC indicated for each post. All appointments are purely on a contract basis and do not confer any right to regular or permanent absorption.

The CFSL selection process for all posts consists of two stages: Shortlisting: A Shortlisting Committee will decide the shortlisting parameters. Meeting the minimum qualification and experience does not guarantee a call for interview. Interview: The interview carries 100 marks. Qualifying marks will be decided by the Company. No travel expenses will be reimbursed to shortlisted candidates for attending the interview. Final selection is based on interview performance and an overall assessment of the candidate's experience, suitability, and current emoluments. CFSL reserves the right to offer appointment to any suitable post for which a candidate is found eligible, irrespective of the post originally applied for.

Candidates must be Citizens of India. All eligibility criteria must be met as on 30.06.2026; candidature is liable to be cancelled at any stage if any criterion is not satisfied.
