General Manager (Operations) Qualifications: Must be a B. E / B. Tech or any Graduate from a Govt recognized Institute /University, approved by AICTE/UGC. Experience: Applicant from Govt Organization: Officer working in Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) in Railways / Equivalent in Gol or an officer working as Chief Engineer in State Govt organizations. Applicant from Metros / PSUs Organization: Minimum 20 years of post qualification executive experience and at least 3 years as AGM in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 100000 - 260000 or equivalent pay. Applicant from Private Sector: Minimum 20 years of post qualification executive experience and at least 03 years in top management positions (equivalent to AGM in PSU) and reporting directly to a Director or Board. Should have worked in companies where the project size of not less than Rs.500 Crore or a company with an annual turnover of not less th

Apart from the Basic Pay, DA (IDA pattern), HRA (30% of Basic Pay), Cafeteria Allowance (31.5% of Basic Pay) and other benefits will also be paid.

Two-stage process: Medical Examination followed by Interview Selection process will judge the candidate on different facets like knowledge, skills, comprehension, attitude, aptitude, and physical fitness.
