How to Check and Download the COMEDK Round 1 Seat Allotment Result

• Visit the official COMEDK counselling portal at comedk.org.
• Click on the Engineering Login link (or the "Round 1 Seat Allotment Result" link, once activated).
• Enter your COMEDK UGET Application Number / User ID and Password.
• Complete any security verification (captcha) prompted, then click Login.
• Your Round 1 allotment status will display, showing the allotted college and course (if any).
• Download and save the seat allotment letter/order as a PDF.
• Take a printout for reporting and fee payment purposes.

What to Do After Checking the Result - Accept, Upgrade, or Freeze

Once the result is out, candidates who receive a seat allotment must choose one of the available options within the seat acceptance window (July 28, 3 PM to July 31, 3 PM, as per the revised schedule):

• Accept and Freeze: Confirms the allotted seat permanently; the candidate exits future rounds and must report to the allotted college to complete admission.
• Accept and Upgrade: Confirms the current seat as a backup while remaining eligible for a better seat in subsequent rounds based on rank and choices.
• Seat Cancellation/Rejection: Candidates may choose to reject the allotted seat and wait for later rounds, subject to COMEDK's rules on forfeiture of fees, if applicable.
