Selection Process

- 4Fill the application form in BLOCK letters with accurate details such as specialty applied for, personal information, educational qualifications, teaching experience, registration details and publication list.
Important Instructions
- ESIC follows Government of India rules on age relaxation, community reservation and PwBD concessions.
- SC/ST – up to 5 years; OBC – up to 3 years; PwBD – up to 10 years (maximum age on closing date not exceeding 56 years), with cumulative relaxation for SC/ST/OBC PwBD as per norms. Ex‑Servicemen and ECOs/SSCOs – age relaxation up to 5 years subject to conditions on length of service and release certificates. Only candidates belonging to castes/communities in the Central List of SC/ST/OBC and having valid, current certificates in the prescribed format will get reservation benefits; multiple applications in different categories will lead to rejection.
- Eligibility (age, qualifications, experience etc.) is calculated with reference to the closing date of applications – 27.07.2026 for most candidates. Mere submission of application or call for interview does not confer any right to appointment; candidature remains provisional until verification. Incomplete/unsigned applications, or those not in prescribed proforma, without required documents, fee, or received after the last date will be rejected without communication. Any false statement or suppression of material information can lead to cancellation of candidature/appointment at any stage. Selected candidates will be on probation as per ESIC rules and are liable to be posted anywhere in India; state preferences are only indicative and not binding.
