B.E./B.Tech. (ongoing) in a relevant discipline, OR M.Sc./M.Tech. (ongoing) in a relevant discipline, OR Equivalent qualification Eligible disciplines: Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Electrical, Material Science, Quantum Technology, Laser Optics, and Semiconductor Device (or closely related fields). Only final-year students (i.e., last semester students) currently pursuing the above-mentioned degrees are eligible to apply. Monthly stipend: ₹5,000/- (Fixed) , applicable only to candidates who undertake the full 6-month internship. Stipend is paid in two equal installments of ₹15,000/- each - the first after completion of 3 months, and the second after completion of 6 months - via electronic transfer. A minimum of 15 days' attendance in a month is required for that month to count toward the stipend calculation. Interns joining for a shorter duration (less than 6 months, minimum 4 weeks) are not eligible for the stipend . Internship duration ranges from a minimum of 4 weeks to a maximum of 6 months; only those completing the full 6 months are eligible for the stipend.
