The selection process will be carried out at EIL offices in Gurugram, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Vadodara , applicable to all three position codes (A, B and C). The exact date, time, and venue will be communicated individually to eligible, registered candidates. Note: Candidates who have not submitted their online registration will not be entertained at the interview. Only candidates who registered online and report with a printout bearing a valid registration number will be considered.

Note: Reservation for PwBD candidates is applicable as per Government of India directives; only candidates with 40% or more disability are eligible to apply under the PwD category.

There is no written test. Selection is through screening followed by a Personal Interview. On the day of the interview, applications and certificates are first screened to confirm eligibility for the post applied. Only candidates meeting the eligibility requirements in all respects proceed to the Personal Interview. Depending on the number of candidates, interviews may run until 8:00 PM on the same day, and may continue the next day if required – candidates must make their own stay arrangements in such cases.
