ESIC Tamil Nadu Advocate Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria prescribed under Annexure-A of the notice are as follows: The advocate must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized University in India. The advocate must be enrolled/registered with the Bar Council of India / State Bar Council and must be in active practice at the Bar. Minimum 10 years of professional experience is required for empanelment before the Hon'ble High Courts in Tamil Nadu and the Hon'ble CAT, Chennai Bench. Minimum 5 years of professional experience is required for empanelment before district-level courts and other forums. Applicants should have regular practice and standing at the Bar, and preferably experience handling labour-law-related cases, supported by necessary documents/judgments.
