The eligibility criteria prescribed under Annexure-A of the notice are as follows: The advocate must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognized University in India. The advocate must be enrolled/registered with the Bar Council of India / State Bar Council and must be in active practice at the Bar. Minimum 10 years of professional experience is required for empanelment before the Hon'ble High Courts in Tamil Nadu and the Hon'ble CAT, Chennai Bench. Minimum 5 years of professional experience is required for empanelment before district-level courts and other forums. Applicants should have regular practice and standing at the Bar, and preferably experience handling labour-law-related cases, supported by necessary documents/judgments. Applicants are ordinarily required to submit the following documents along with the application: Copy of the Law Degree and other educational qualifications Copy of the valid enrolment/registration certificate issued by the Bar Council Copy of the identity card issued by the Bar Association Copy of Government ID proof and PAN Resume/CV, including professional experience, areas of practice, and important cases handled Copies of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the last two financial years Two recent passport-size photographs Copies of judgments, if any, in labour-law-related cases where the advocate has appeared Undertaking and declaration regarding conflict of interest

The selection process, as described in the notice, involves the following stages: Submission of duly filled application (Annexure-B for fresh applicants, Annexure-C for existing panel counsels) with supporting documents.
