Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. All qualifications must be from a recognized University/Institute. Candidates against whom a criminal case is pending in a court of law need not apply. Candidates must have basic knowledge of Computers, MS Office, and relevant specialized software. For the Liaison post specifically, the candidate should be a retired employee of a central government/autonomous or statutory body, having served not less than three years at the level of Section Officer/Senior Official (up to DGM level); preference is given to candidates with work experience with various Ministries in Delhi.

The engagement is on a contract basis initially for 11 months, which may be reviewed by the management for extension subject to requirement and suitability.

Selection is made purely through a Walk-In Interview. No written examination or online application process is mentioned in the notification. Candidates must: Bring a typed application form on A-4 size paper in the prescribed format along with all relevant documents. Register between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM on the interview date; registration will not be allowed after 12:00 PM. Produce original documents for verification before being permitted to attend the interview.
