Chief General Manager/General Manager (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Government-recognized University/Institute recognized by the State/Central Government or other statutory authority. Manager (Traction): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics discipline from a Government-recognized University/Institute. Asst. Manager (Rolling Stock): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Power Electronics/Instrumentation or equivalent discipline from a Government-recognized University/Institute. Engineer - Sr. Grade (M&P): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics/Power Electronics/Instrumentation engineering or equivalent discipline from a Government-recognized University/Institute. Engineer - Jr. Grade (Rolling Stock): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics & Communications/Mechanical/Electrical & Elec

Age and experience will be reckoned as on 28th July 2026. Age limit will not be applicable to existing GMRCL employees; however, age relaxation will not apply to officials re-employed in GMRCL after superannuation.

Apart from pay, other benefits will be paid as per Company Policy. Selected candidates will be extended Group Medical Coverage and Group Personal Accident Insurance Coverage as per GMRCL's governing policies.

The selection process comprises Personal Interviews, followed by Document Verification and Medical Examination as per the category prescribed for the post. Preference is given to candidates with experience in the same grade or immediate lower grade with 2 years' experience in that grade. If sufficient suitable candidates are not available, candidates from a lower pay scale meeting the prescribed qualifications, total experience, and age criteria may be considered. The selection process evaluates knowledge, skills, experience, expertise, aptitude, and physical fitness. The venue, date, and time of the interview will be informed in advance; requests for change in date or venue will not be entertained. Document verification of candidates will be done before the interview. Candidates must carry original certificates; failing this, they will not be allowed to attend the interview.
