Hartron Junior Programmer Recruitment 2026 Notification Out - Apply Online for 530 Posts

The panel will be updated for Junior Programmer positions across all 23 districts of Haryana, with the following district-wise, category-wise roster as published by Hartron. HARTRON reserves the right to increase or decrease the number or category breakup of the already advertised posts at any time till the date of recommendation, based on changes in requirement.

Candidates holding an MCA/M.Tech obtained through Distance Education or on a part-time basis must have a degree/course approved or permitted by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). All candidates must fulfil the qualification as on the cut-off date (last date for submission of online application) and must possess certificates issued by competent authorities prior to that date.

The issue date of the relevant supporting documents for a reserved category must be prior to the date of application.

Selected candidates on the panel will be engaged on job work basis at a remuneration of ₹24,100/- per month, as per the eligibility table above.

Junior Programmer falls under Hartron's rolling panel-empanelment process for Computer Professionals (apart from Data Entry Operators), which involves the following stages: The ₹1,500 security deposit is refunded if the candidate attends training with at least 75% attendance, clears the 2nd test within the permitted attempts, and does not damage any hardware or property of the corporation. A candidate once placed on the panel for a post cannot re-apply for that post for at least 6 months.
