For Senior Operations Manager: Qualification: Graduation in MLT / Medical Microbiology / Medical Biochemistry / Medical Biotechnology / Medical Immunology or BE/B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering Experience: Minimum 6 years in QA/QC of clinical diagnostic laboratories including ISO 15189 / NABL accreditation Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on 01.07.2026 For Operations Manager / Associate Manager (Regulatory Affairs): Qualification: B.Pharm or Graduation in Biomedical Sciences Experience: Operations Manager - Minimum 3 years; Associate Manager - Minimum 1 year in regulatory affairs, product registration, dossier preparation Age Limit: Operations Manager: 40 years; Associate Manager: 37 years (as on 01.07.2026)

Senior Operations Manager: Basic Pay: Rs. 35,000 - 65,000/- Gross Salary: Rs. 70,385/- (Metro) approx. Annual CTC: Rs. 9.99 Lakhs (Metro) approx. Operations Manager: Basic Pay: Rs. 30,000 - 50,000/- Gross Salary: Rs. 60,330/- (Metro) approx. Annual CTC: Rs. 8.61 Lakhs (Metro) approx. Associate Manager: Basic Pay: Rs. 25,000 - 45,000/- Gross Salary: Rs. 50,275/- (Metro) approx. Annual CTC: Rs. 7.22 Lakhs (Metro) approx.

Senior Operations Manager: Oversee ISO 15189 compliant QMS implementation and NABL accreditation Manage internal audits, CAPA, risk management, and quality reviews Provide technical guidance for laboratory quality assurance Operations Manager / Associate Manager: Manage regulatory approvals and product registrations (domestic & international) Prepare technical dossiers and coordinate with CDSCO & international agencies Support new product development and market expansion
