ICAR-NIPB is recruiting 1 Junior Research Fellow post with relevant Post Graduate qualification. Walk-in Interview on 20 July 2026.

Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the date of interview. Essential Qualifications Post graduate degree in Plant Breeding/Genetics/Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/Life Science with NET Qualified OR Post Graduate Degree in Plant Breeding/Genetics/Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/Life Science or relevant subjects OR Bachelors' degree in relevant subjects with four years Bachelors’ degree or Post Graduate degree in professional courses selected through National Eligibility Test (CSIR, UGC-NET, GATE) or national level exams conducted by Central government departments/agencies (DST, DBT, DAE, etc.). Desirable Qualifications Relevant experience in pathogen handling, plant breeding, field trials, molecular biology, Bioinformatics tools, and techniques like next generation sequencing.
