Project Trainee (Mechanical): BE/B.Tech/M.Sc in Mechanical/Production/Aerospace with 60% marks in the aggregate or equivalent grade from the recognized University/Institution under UGC or Central or State Governments. Knowledge and experience in Manufacturing processes, Engineering drawings and GD&T basics, Design using CAD tools, Manufacturing processes and inspection methods, Documentation. Project Trainee (Optics): BE/B.Tech/M.Sc/ME/M.Tech in Optics/Photonics/Applied Physics with 60% marks in the aggregate or equivalent grade from the recognized University /Institution under UGC or Central or State Governments. Knowledge and Experience in Basic optical testing and alignment, Optical laboratory instruments, Data recording and reporting, Basic programming (Python/Matlab) for analysis.

Project Trainee (Mechanical): Maximum age limit is 27 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and Physically Handicapped candidates will be as per Govt. of India norms. Project Trainee (Optics): Maximum age limit is 30 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and Physically Handicapped candidates will be as per Govt. of India norms.

Rs. 40,000/- per month

Walk-in Interview Written test (if attendance is more)

Candidates who wish to attend the walk-in interview for IIA Various Posts Recruitment 2026 should follow the steps below. Read the official notification carefully before attending the interview. Candidates must report at the venue as per the reporting time mentioned in the notification. Carry all original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies such as ID proof, educational certificates, experience certificates (if required), and category certificate (if applicable).
