Qualification: Master's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute with at least 55% marks. Experience: At least 15 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years as Executive Engineer at Pay Level 12, or 13 years of regular clean service at Pay Level 11 as Executive Engineer. Alternatively, 15 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role or as head of a project unit in Government/PSU/university/autonomous bodies, or as an Executive Engineer-equivalent in private organizations such as Larsen & Toubro, Tata Projects, or Shapoorji Pallonji. Age: Preferably below 50 years. Qualification: Master's degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks; candidates with LLB preferred. Experience: Minimum 15 years relevant work experience, including at least 5 years at Pay Level 11 or 10 years at Pay Level 10, in a supervisory capacity in Government/PSU/un

Group A, B, and C posts follow the 7th CPC Pay Level structure with standard allowances such as Children Education Allowance (CEA), Leave Travel Concession (LTC), and Medical Insurance. Contract posts are offered on a consolidated monthly salary as shown below.

Candidates, other than SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates, are required to pay a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 1,200/- through the online payment gateway on the Institute's website. The notification does not specify a separate fee amount for SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates beyond stating they are excluded from this fee requirement.

Group A & Contract Positions: Selection is based on Personal Interview. If a large number of applications are received, the Institute reserves the right to shortlist candidates through a written test or other criteria it deems appropriate. Group B & C Positions: Selection is based on performance in a Written Test, Skill Test, and Personal Interview.

The Written Test is an MCQ-based test carrying 50 marks with a duration of 90 minutes, structured as follows: The Skill Test carries 30 marks over 30 minutes and covers: Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, and email drafting Noting and drafting skills Making proposals The Personal Interview carries 20 marks. The final selection is based on the total of 100 marks (Written Test: 50, Skill Test: 30, Personal Interview: 20), and candidates are selected strictly in order of merit.
