Research Associate (a) PhD awarded in Physics/ECE/Material Science Essential: Semiconductor Device fabrication & Measurement Desirable: Silvaco Simulation & Fabrication of III-V / Compound Semiconductor Photodetector/SPAD Research Associate (b) PhD awarded in Physics/ECE/Material Science Essential: Semiconductor Device fabrication & Measurement Desirable: Quantum Photon Emission / Quantum Photodetector Senior Research Fellow 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences or Electronics / Master’s Degree in Physical Sciences or Electronics / Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology 02 years experience in R&D Qualified National Level Exam (NET/GATE) Note: 5% relaxation in marks for SC/ST candidates. Posts may be downgraded if suitable candidates are not found.
