Assistant-cum-Bench Clerk: Must have a recognized degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Medicine, or any other relevant field. Must have studied in a 10.2.3 or 11.1.3 educational system. Must have passed Computer on Office Automation conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education or a diploma course in Computer related studies from a recognized university or institute in India, given priority. Age limit: 42 years. Junior Assistant-cum-Record Clerk: Must have passed 10th standard or an equivalent educational qualification. Age limit: 42 years. Office Assistant: Must have passed 8th standard or an equivalent educational qualification. Age limit: 42 years.

The selection for the posts is conducted by a selection committee headed by the District Collector, based on prescribed qualifications, age limit, experience, and other general eligibility conditions. Prior to appointment, selected candidates will undergo a necessary police background verification procedure.
