There are a total of 25 vacancies available under this recruitment notification.

Candidates must be Indian nationals. Candidates must have passed Odia as one of the subjects up to 7th standard.

The maximum age limit is 30 years for Farm Manager and Programme Assistant, and 27 years for Stenographer as on the last date of application. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

The application fees shall be deposited directly through Green Channel Counter (GCC) / Internet Banking / Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) in the Account No. of the Comptroller, OUAT (A/C No. 10173711536 of State Bank of India, OUAT Campus Branch, Bhubaneswar, Branch Code 03341, IFSC Code SBIN 0003341). The application fee is non-refundable.

The selection is based purely on the marks secured in the written test for Farm Manager and Programme Assistant. For the post of Stenographer, the mark secured in the skill test will be added to the score obtained in the written test to prepare the final merit list. Qualifying marks in written test: Un-reserved (UR) - 50%, SEBC - 45%, ST/SC/PWD - 40%. For Stenographer, candidates shall be called for the Skill Test at 1:4 ratio from the merit list prepared considering the written test.

Employees are Contractual Project Staff till 100% funding of ICAR continues. Employees are not entitled to terminal benefits and their service is coterminous with the Central project. The candidate must have passed Odia as one of the subjects up to 7th standard. In-service candidates must apply through proper channel with an advance copy and NOC. Applications received after the due date and time will not be entertained. Furnishing of false information will lead to disqualification or termination of service. Transfer of KVK employees will be within the KVKs of OUAT only. On appointment, the candidate shall serve in the KVKs for a minimum period of 01 (one) year and furnish an undertaking.
