MeECL Graduate Apprentice Eligibility Criteria
Applicant should be a resident of Meghalaya. Candidates must have passed their qualifying examination in the year 2024, 2025, or 2026. Candidates who passed before the year 2024 are not eligible. Candidates must get enrolled with the Board of Practical Training (BOPTER) through online enrollment at the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (www.mhrdnats.gov.in) and possess a valid enrollment ID generated within a specified period of three years after passing the qualifying examination.
