High Court of Meghalaya Recruitment 2026 is conducted for appointment to various posts in the High Court of Meghalaya, Shillong and High Court Legal Services Committee. The recruitment offers opportunities for candidates having qualifications in Law, Library Science, Graduation with Stenography skills and candidates with driving experience.

Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized University. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Legal Aid/Services for not less than 3 years. Maximum Age Limit: 32 years for General Category and 37 years for SC/ST category. Bachelor Degree from a recognized University. Diploma in Stenography in English. Minimum shorthand speed of 120 words per minute. Typing speed of 50 words per minute in computer. Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Library Science from a recognized University. Proficiency in computer usage. SSLC passed from a recognized Board. Valid license for Light Motor Vehicle and Transport Vehicle. Knowledge of roadside repairs and efficiency in driving. Minimum 3 years experience after obtaining valid driving license.

Minimum Age: 18 years. Maximum Age for General Category: 32 years. Maximum Age for SC/ST Category: 37 years.

The selection process may include written examination, skill tests and personal interview depending on the post applied for. Stenographer Grade I: Written examination, speed/typing test and interview as applicable. Driver: Driving test and other selection stages as notified.
