Who Should Check This List

• Candidates who completed CAP registration and document verification for First Year B.Pharmacy (4-year) or Pharm.D (6-year) courses for 2026-27.
• Candidates applying under the Maharashtra State category as well as the All India category.
• Candidates who registered using their MHT CET 2026 (PCB group) score, or a valid NEET (UG) 2026 score where applicable.

How to Check the MHT CET Pharmacy Provisional Merit List 2026

• Visit the official portal: Go to ph2026.mahacet.org.
• Locate the merit list link: On the homepage, find "Check Provisional Merit List Status" under the Important Links section on the left sidebar.
• Enter your credentials: Input your Application ID (starts with "PH26") and your Date of Birth.
• Submit: Click Submit to view your name, CAP merit number, and category-wise rank.
• Download and save: Download the list or your rank slip and keep a copy for future CAP stages.

What the Provisional Merit List Contains

According to the CET Cell's process, the provisional merit list is generated after registration and document verification, and typically includes:

• Candidate's name and application number
• MHT CET/NEET score used for ranking, as applicable
• Overall (state) merit number
• Category-wise rank (for reserved category candidates)

Candidates should verify every field carefully, since this list forms the basis for option filling and seat allotment in later CAP rounds.

What Happens After the Provisional Merit List

• The CET Cell reviews grievances submitted during the objection window.
• A final merit list is published incorporating valid corrections. This final list cannot be challenged further and is used for CAP seat allotment.
• The seat matrix (list of available seats by college and category) is displayed.
• Candidates fill and lock their option/preference form for colleges and courses.
• Provisional seat allotment is announced for CAP Round 1, followed by seat confirmation/reporting.
• Candidates not allotted a seat in Round 1 can continue in subsequent CAP rounds (Round 2, Round 3, and so on).
