NABCONS Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for District Manager, Career Counsellor & Other Posts in Kerala

NABARD Consultancy Services (NABCONS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development (NABARD) and works as a premium consultancy organisation in livelihoods development, agriculture, and rural development. Kudumbashree has assigned NABCONS as the State Technical Support Agency (STSA) under DDU-GKY, a placement-linked skill development programme designed by the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD).

NABCONS is hiring 7 candidates across 4 posts - District Manager, Manager (Call Centre & Career Counselling Unit), Career Counsellor, and Support Executive (Placement) - for the DDU-GKY skill development programme in Kerala. All posts are project-based contract positions, initially for 11 months, extendable based on performance, and co-terminus with the project period. NABCONS has announced a total of 7 vacancies across 4 posts, all located at Thiruvananthapuram, though the District Manager post covers Kollam and Pathanamthitta districts. The District Manager is required to extensively travel to the assigned districts and perform both desk-based and field-level activities.

All four posts require a postgraduate qualification along with relevant work experience in development, education, or skill-building programmes. District Managers: Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in large-scale Education/Livelihoods/Skill Development/Capacity Building programmes. Experience in monitoring & evaluation and community mobilisation will also be considered. Manager - Call Centre & Career Counselling Unit: Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in large-scale Education/Livelihoods/Skill Development/Capacity Building programmes. The prescribed age limit for all four posts - District Manager, Manager (Call Centre & Career Counselling Unit), Career Counsellor, and Support Executive (Placement) - is preferably below 35 years.

The initial annual CTC varies by post, ranging from INR 3.0 Lakh to INR 4.45 Lakh, with a provision for annual increment based on performance. Remuneration will be disbursed on a monthly basis, and applicable income tax will be deducted under Section 194J. Candidates will also be eligible for travel allowances as per the client's norms.
