A total of 9 vacancies are available across 7 posts – 1 for Librarian, 1 for Deputy Librarian, 1 for Assistant Registrar, 1 for Assistant Engineer (Electrical), 1 for Senior Assistant, 2 for Library Assistant, and 2 for Assistant. No category-wise (UR/SC/ST/OBC/EWS) reservation breakup has been mentioned in the official notice.

Master's Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade. Minimum 9 years' experience as Assistant Librarian / Deputy Librarian / Additional Librarian in a University, College, or Indian/Foreign Research Institution, of which at least 3 years must be at Deputy Librarian/Additional Librarian level. Evidence of innovative library services, including integration of ICT in a library. Ph.D. in Library Science / Documentation / Archives and Manuscript Keeping. Master's Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade. 8 years' experience as Assistant University Librarian / College Librarian. Pay scales are fixed in USD per annum, along with admissible allowances, and vary by post - ranging from USD 6,000-11,000 per annum for Assistant/Library Assistant up to USD 30,000-45,000 per annum for the post of Librarian. Refer to the vacancy table above for post-wise pay scale.

Application fee: Rs. 500/- for each post , to be paid online directly to the University's bank account. The UTR Number / Transaction Reference Number must be mentioned in the application form. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application, and pay the fee separately, for each post.

As per the notice, the University reserves the right to conduct a written test, skill test, interview, or any combination thereof. Only shortlisted candidates, based on prescribed qualifications, experience, suitability, and other relevant criteria, will be called for the selection process. Mere fulfilment of eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for the written test/interview, and the University's decision on all selection matters is final.
