The National Institute of Design (NID) has officially released the NID DAT Counselling 2026 schedule for design aspirants. Candidates taking part in the admission process can check the complete timeline on the official website -admissions.nid.edu. The institute has also released the provisional offer letters for Master of Design (MDes) Round 1 counselling on May 21, 2026.

For undergraduate admissions, the NID DAT BDes Mains Result 2026 will be announced on or before May 28, 2026. Once the results are declared, the counselling registration for shortlisted Bachelor of Design (BDes) candidates will begin immediately and continue until May 31, 2026.

During this period, candidates are required to upload important documents such as educational certificates, birth certificate, and valid photo ID proof. The last date to submit all documents is May 31, 2026.
