NIT Kurukshetra is recruiting 1 post of JRF/Project Associate-I with M.Tech qualification. Last date to apply is 20 July 2026.

Total 01 position is available for the ANRF-funded project. Note: The position is purely temporary and project-based. No regular appointment or absorption is guaranteed.

Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the date of application.

For JRF: Selected through National Eligibility Tests (CSIR-UGC NET / GATE) or equivalent national level examinations. Fellowship: ₹37,000 per month (1st & 2nd year) and ₹42,000 per month (3rd year) + HRA. For Project Associate-I: Fellowship: ₹30,000 per month + HRA. Other Benefits: The selected candidate will be encouraged to register for Ph.D. at NIT Kurukshetra in Computer Vision subject to meeting institute eligibility criteria.

Selection will be based on shortlisting of applications followed by online interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed via email. Final selection is subject to verification of original documents.

The appointment is purely temporary and project-based. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview. The position is extendable till the completion of the project subject to satisfactory performance. The Institute reserves the right to cancel the recruitment at any stage.
