Essential Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. and M.Tech in any discipline with more than 60% marks in 10th, 12th and qualifying degrees OR M.Sc. in Physics/Mathematics. One second-class is permitted in 10th or 12th. Desirable Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. and M.Tech in any discipline with more than 60% marks OR M.Sc. in Physics/Mathematics. Candidate’s enrolment in Ph.D. program is contingent upon DRC approval.
