RFCL Recruitment 2026 Notification Out - Apply Online for 40 Engineer, Manager & Officer Posts

The cut-off date for determining eligibility with respect to age, minimum educational qualification, and experience is 31 July 2026 , and this will remain unchanged irrespective of any reason. Far-flung areas (for the extended hard-copy deadline) include Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Union Territory of Ladakh, Lahul & Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District (Himachal Pradesh), Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep. Candidates from these areas must superscribe "FAR-FLUNG AREA" on the envelope.

A total of 40 tentative vacancies are notified: UR-22, SC-05, ST-03, OBC(NCL)-07, EWS-03, with 04 posts reserved for PwBD candidates (applied horizontally within the above categories). Selected candidates may be posted at any Unit/Office of RFCL at any time, at the discretion of Management; only candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply. Selected candidates will be required to work in general and/or rotating shifts, including night shifts, as per job requirement. The number of vacancies is tentative and may increase or decrease at RFCL's discretion.

No claim of an equivalent educational qualification other than what is advertised for a post will be entertained; RFCL's decision on admissibility of a qualification is final and binding. The essential qualification must be completed full-time and regular with a minimum of 60% marks, except for CA/CMA. Qualifications acquired through Part-Time/Correspondence/Distance Learning/Online/Evening Classes render the candidate ineligible. Candidates appearing in the final year/semester of the essential qualification, with results awaited as on the cut-off date, are NOT eligible to apply. Work experience for all posts must be after acquiring the relevant educational qualification, and must be in-line executive experience. The maximum age mentioned above is for the UR (Unreserved) category. The cut-off date for determining age is 31 July 2026 . The maximum age of an applicant, after applying relaxations under the above clauses (standalone or in combination), must not exceed 56 years as on the cut-off date. SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwBD candidates may also be considered under general merit standards against unreserved posts, provided no age/qualification relaxation is availed.

The non-refundable application fee is payable only through online mode at the time of submitting the online application form. SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, so candidates are advised to verify their eligibility before paying.

RFCL states it offers "one of the best pay packages in the Fertilizers Industry." The Pay Scales (2017 IDA-based) and approximate CTC per annum are as follows: Besides Basic Pay, selected candidates will receive Industrial Dearness Allowance, other allowances at 35% of Basic Pay, Company Accommodation/House Rent Allowance (HRA not payable where Company accommodation is available), Leaves, Earned Leave Encashment, Medical Facilities, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Group Personal Accident Insurance, Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (DCPS), Performance Related Pay (PRP), and other welfare schemes as per Company rules. A Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) of 20% of Basic Pay is additionally payable to Addl. CMO/CMO (Medical).

Scrutiny of applications will be done based on the information and documents submitted; eligible candidates will be provisionally shortlisted and called for a Personal Interview . The shortlist will be placed on the RFCL website under "Careers." If a large number of applications are received, RFCL may conduct a Computer-Based Test in Delhi-NCR and/or other cities for shortlisting candidates for interview. No TA, or Boarding & Lodging, will be paid/arranged for appearing in this test. Test modalities, if conducted, will be published on the RFCL website.
